Q: I thought you couldn't get Rizoma products here in the U.S. A: We get shipments from Italy each and every week, which allows us to stock most of Rizoma's products. If we don't have a part in stock, we can usually get it within 10 days. Note: Recently, we have found that many customers have trouble getting post-purchase support from other shops that sold them Rizoma parts. We stock many repair parts, and we can order any parts you might need, whether or not you purchased your Rizoma parts from us.
Q: How does ordering from you work? A: You can place an order through the website or simply e-mail us with a request or question. Please do not use the checkout feature unless you are ready to order. Use the Contact Us link to ask questions before ordering. We will communicate with you to let you know if we have the parts you want in stock. If the part is not in stock, we'll confirm what you want and get it on order for you. We can't guarantee how long it will take to get parts from Italy, but most can be here within a week or two.
Q: How do I pay for my parts? A: We do not take payment until we have your parts ready to ship to you. When your parts arrive here, or if they are already in stock, we will send you an electronic invoice. We use PayPal to do this, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. You can simply pay by credit card using the link in the invoice. We also accept checks and money orders. Checks will need to clear the bank before parts are sent. Invoices not paid within 7 days will be canceled. Note: If you order a part that we do not routinely stock, we may ask for a partial deposit up front, which is refundable up until your part leaves Italy.Note for international customers: You may be charged a small fee for paying with an international credit card or PayPal account because we incur extra charges for these types of payments.

PJ grew up in upstate New York and Florida, and Paige grew up in Geneva, Switzerland and Peoria, Illinois. We now live near Lexington, Kentucky. PJ is retired from the Navy (GSMC). One of our main goals is to personally serve each and every customer. We don't want you to be just an order number in the system. We're passionate about motorcycling, and we try to bring that passion into our work. During the riding season, we take long weekends to go riding, and we close up shop to do so.
